The High-Earning Affiliate is Alive & Well And You Could Become One!
by Abby Pierce
Why be an affiliate? ~or~ Why should I add affiliate links to my website?
Being an affiliate simply means that you find customers for other companies. It is a "high reward/low risk" option, suitable for just about anyone... (Hey, if I can do it...)
* You don't make or ship the products... simply pick good ones from good merchants, (See list here for starters), send them potential customers and they make the sales.
* You don't have to process a single order, provide a service or store inventory.
* No worrys about getting paid, and you won't even need a merchant account.
* Customer support is not your responsibility, all customer questions go to the merchants.
* Affiliate programs are free to join. (Ignore the few that aren't!)
* You can get started for very little, (or nothing, like I did), and you work at your own pace.
* No Boss! You really CAN get rid of that J.O.B.! (J.O.B. = Just Over Broke)
Since Amazon.com started the first 'associate' program in '97 there have been billions of customers sent to millions of websites - and the affiliates who sent them have made a bundle from the resulting sales... plus - the 'Affiliate Model' of online sales is projected to grow at an incredible rate over the next few years...
THAT'S Why You Should At Least Investigate The Option.... you don't need to join every program - or even a lot of different ones like I did. Just pick one, or some, that fit with your website theme and get to work.
"But Abby, I don't know how to do all that stuff..." ... Look, it's OK, a year or so ago, neither did I!
